I'm afraid I cannot fix this because 1) I do not have China Mobile; 2) MTK uses a lot of China-specific code in their RIL which needs to be ported. This requires a lot of efforts and I do have enough time for it at the moment. Again, I suppose this is not an easy task unless MTK or Meizu publish their source code for RIL.

I suppose this ROM does not use RIL compiled from sources whereas I'm trying to use source code as much as possible.
