I reloaded NoScripts 11.4.18 again and restarted FF. Now things are reloading. Will see if it continues to work, it seems it worked for awhile last time I just reloaded...

No it is doing it again, just now tried FF reload and it hangs with name of website in lower left hand corner of web page. It does it on...

Restarted FF and now it working fine all reloads of tabs work. So somethings happens after FF been running, but I don't know what it is.
