Thanks for you wonderful work! I found you report your model result in PPI dataset, i wonder which version ppi that you used, can you apply the data file and the code to process ppi. Thanks a lot! Sincerely

hello @divelab : I use the PPI dataset in PyTorch-Geometric, with the download url: https://s3.us-east-2.amazonaws.com/dgl.ai/dataset/ppi.zip

I want to ask if it is the PPI you are doing experiment in the lgcn paper.
