Updated Code URL?

Just checking to make sure I'm not doing anything wrong, but has the URL this program uses changed recently? I can't get it to pull down anything, and attempting to point it at a zip file I downloaded manually hasn't worked either. I wanted to see if someone with more insight was still working on this before I spent too much time trying to get it to work. Thanks!
