Fix ignoretlserrs in README. Let me know if I mis read this, and tlserr means something else. I was editing the demo script, and added the tlserrs:true to the options pased into the client, but it still didn't ignore the errors. Then I changed it to ignoretlserrs and it worked fine (ignored errors).

I searched through the source and looked for usage of tlserr, but didn't find any use.
