Improve Forms of payment input

New Job Page:

For MVP we're just gonna support Ether and ERC20 Token. When ERC20 is selected the input for the token address shows up. After address is input it'll fetch token symbol. The token symbol is then displayed on the right side of the input, as in designs.

@madvas Are we still allowing any ERC20, or are we incorporating a dropdown of supported/legit tokens?
