Lumiversity
Purpose:
Cultural and pedagogical oracle for Smart Social Cities and allowance to have a physical and responsible presence within each activity.
Description:
Our district shall encourage the real estate for cultural and pedagogical proposes. Users can provide their free real estate assets to be occupied by masters. Users shall select and approved the ideas of the masters and all parameters to be accomplished. Any activity must have a social component and can not be activities for profits exclusivity, in other words the activity must provide personal development such as educational deployment as master class or entertainment deployment such as theatre or micro-theatre. Activity can not be a business itself to make money like a bar. A wallet for attendees shall be created and shall be the exchange and trade onto the district.
Tokenholders shall have access upon supervision and verification to the activities onto the real estates and spaces. Each activity shall be defined by the masters and each activity shall be approved by the district and the users. Masters shall price their activities and the users will receive the incentive from the attendees. Attendees shall have the opportunity to be tokenholders as well.
Tokenholders and attendees shall give the reputation to the masters and the district by the wallet´s digital spectrum voting.

I had a similar idea to this. I think this has a lot of promise. Geofencing can be used to show that attendees and masters are actually in the space. This would mean we need to add a check-in feature to district0x.
I would also suggest considering the inverse; that attendees could converge on a specific physical location to report, verify, or otherwise do some kind of activity at that location and be paid for it, verified by the master. For example be paid for doing trash clean-up at the local park. I'm going to vote for this project with all of my DNT.
Thank @Iteratix you so muuuuuch. In fact the main use case is the attendees who converge physically and do activities approved for the social environment. We have covenant now with a conceptual company Smart Social Cities. http://smartsocialcity.com/en/ with wich our aim now, is to be helped by the district0x and develop/deploy the coding properly, but together with everybody cause the artists and patronage we think is the philanthropic angle of the oracle we are getting architecture and taxonomy over so then we can start to code together for Lumiversity . We will actualize in fact our testing advancements and our needs for all to help our development at District0x. :-)
We have accommodated four stratus or compartments onto Lumiversity Cyberspace:
- LumiSapiens
- Lumitrust
- Lumimedia
- DAO Lumiversity which we are running tests at Aragon.
For lumiversity, Lumimedia is the entertainment production industry of our District0x and there are already two active providers to help the proof of concepts user experience and testing. We will post herein referral to follow and contribute. We need to run three separate Smart Contracts, one of them it should be with the providers of products at Lumimedia, evaluation and appraisal will help Lumiversity to expose for financing and distribution Smart Contracts. We will request the community help to work on this blindly with the community meanwhile we expect to be a district0x soon.

Sure @Bradymck , things are able to have SSI unless a derived from the owner of the things or subjects, but also process generates a digital spectro. Focus on the entertainment and production industry We have already approved two proposals, one it is a game for collectors like Art, let´s say the art of things or things on crypto-art. Other is a film, and Lumiversity at Lumimedia wants to create the district0x to deploy talent mainly, the whole Lumiversity District0x shall have a film and entertainment industry to be under the DAO umbrella of each compartment so entertainment of things for social inclusion is a key factor, but also the production of things for the industry of entertainment, such things would receive the opportunity to be financed by the futurist producer Lumimedia. There are various products that the oracle itself, Lumiversity, is making proof of concepts and MVPs to be applied. The alliance with SSC and GKC allows Lumiversity to be implemented on their cities and the genuine capacity as district0x to be applied by the worldwide and whole of the master-community and other users. Things as entertainment allow, as well, Lumiversity to produce the characters which are on the pot by designing. Such characters shall be useful within the educational level for, at LumiSapiens. Hope i response shortly the idea but we are running documentation to provide at the community asap and start the contribution for the final coding base, for instance if we would use Yoda conditions or no. There are various points deployed and others that we hope would be helped by together acting.
Our next step is a challenge-community step with which we are making the proposal for a web-design page, anyone who would like to design lumiversity® web shall participate into the challenge which Lumiversity® will compensate with LumiSapiens. Principles and values will be posted herein, restrictions and limitations are going to be in the main repository at https://github.com/kunfud/Lumiversity whereby a rules for competition and other rewards shall be up in the air within the next days. Hey @kunfud glad to see some progress here. Do you have these documents on Github open to contributions or PRs? I noticed a few typos. It may be a great way to get people involved if you have these in a format or platform people can openly contribute towards.
Also, I was curious, how do you see this marketplace playing out as a minimum viable product? I would love to see some mockups or a screenshot of how the market would look. Here are a few great tools to make one:

Thank you very much @Bradymck for your recommendations. We have just opened these docs on Github for contributions. On regards on the marketplace we have a clear idea and we are on it, we will review your suggested tools and let the community know about it as well because we will do an open competition with some parameters and limitations as well. We are keen to start competition by September and rewards by December.
