Docs unclear

Hi! Thank you for taking your time to make this action! The docs are unclear on the response part (see) of the webhook. I'd like to make the action succeed/fail based on the response of the webhook. Also, I'd like to add logs. (I'm trying to implement a custom deployment action that calls my backend which then automatically deploys the code from gh).
