Correctly parse organization authors in bibtex

Allow author names enclosed in curly braces to be extracted as is, see https://github.com/distillpub/template/issues/93.

(Edited to reflect that this doesn't actually fix the linked issue, which would involve more surgery on the parser, but does unblock the use cases for organization authors.)
