In the end of the section Image Generation Results, some "Forthcoming papers" from google brain team are mentioned. Are they published yet? If yes, could you provide some links?

Hi Yang!

A Learned Representation For Artistic Style was published shortly afterwards and finds that it has a significant impact for feedforward style transfer.

Conditional Image Synthesis with Auxiliary Classifier GANs was supposed to use the new approach -- and the images are improved significantly by it, check out the severe artifacts in the paper -- but we ended up not having time to rerun every experiment in the paper on the new model.
