Potions & Revives

My bot is working on for two hours looking for Gyms, I noticed that doing this the Bot not upgrade Pokemons and not Revive and use Potions to defeat Pokemons.. Only when the Bot is rebooted it use potions and revive! Find a solution because restarting the bot it will go to gyms already explored losing a lot of time!
