FEATURE: Everyone in AutoGroups system

So I have modified code regarded to email-automatic-membership, now if email is set to * it adds everyone to group. I have tested that on my website - https://holonet.stormgalaxy.com

It is very hard for us to reason about the change without specs for the controller, would you be able to add them?
