FIX: Update post_created scoring

Previously, post_created scoring excluded deleted posts, wiki posts, and personal messages from the scoring. This commit extends this to now also exclude:

  • Posts from deleted topics
  • First posts (so as not to double-count them in conjunction with topic_created)
  • Small actions, moderator actions, and whispers
  • Hidden posts
