feat: Support new select menus

Please describe the changes this PR makes and why it should be merged: MessageSelectMenu works for all selects types So MessageSelectMenu().setType('SELECT_TYPE') was added and as not making branding changes it's optional Interactions are splitted into specific classes.

Supersedes #8814 Status and versioning classification:

• Code changes have been tested against the Discord API
• I know how to update typings and have done so
• This PR changes the library's interface (methods or parameters added)
• This PR does not include any braking changes
