Add "dmOnly" for commands

To have commands to be only used in the bot's DMs, it would make it 100x easier, and since we already have guildOnly it only makes sense to add dmOnly

  • Also.. add a check to make sure guildOnly and dmOnly isn't enabled at the same time.
