Cortical borer REALLY needs to know their host's NSA.

Because cortical borers don't have any kind of info on their host's NSA other than what they're directly told by the host, they often end up flooding too many chems in. It'd make sense for borers to have some way to view host NSA - maybe also revamp how viewing host health/brain damage works, since it's pretty clunky right now and requires moving over to the status panel. Personally I think it'd be good to have them share a few hud elements and be able to act as a portable body scanner - but any improvement on the current situation would be welcome.
