I have a number of issues with the loot rebalancing, including how it completely annihilates high-value items from joonk, even stashes, but that's an opinion. What is a slightly more notable issue is the massive over-population of reinforced plating. Nearly every loot stack on random surfaces/shelves in maint has at least one, and some objects, like tool cabinets, have stacks of 3 to 5. This is annoying, both because it makes maint loot more monotonous and also because the ultra-high weight the plating has is almost completely annihilating other toolmod spawns from the loot table.
