Additional server owners/managers

Describe the solution you'd like Allow adding additional user IDs for secondary owners or server (page) managers.

What this would mean is that additionally provided users could edit the server advert as well (can be limited if needed), and if you go for additional owners that it'll show the additional owner as well

Additional context Correct moksej, discord only recognises one real owner, however this doesn't mean you can't have additional owners in terms of roles.
