[Feature Request] Ability for devs to remove some types of entitlements

Hi!

I am currently going through a piracy problem where an individual has tried to remove the DRM (against the EULA and TOS). They got the game through a type 3 dev gift, and I would like the ability to revoke this from a user.

For obvious reasons, only type 3 gifts should be revokable. This is an important feature we need, to prevent these problems. I understand how, even after losing entitlement, they will still have the files, which is a pain but is better than nothing.
