[Feature] Add Rivet example
Added an example for using Rivet to host Discord activities. Many casual multiplayer .io games run on Rivet for dedicated game servers.
Full disclaimer, I'm the developer of Rivet & was one of the original developers of Krunker. I'm working with a few developers using Rivet to get their games submitted as a Discord activity asap, we're currently linking them to the example code in this PR.

We will be updating our examples shortly and won't be hosting community examples in this repo. I'm working on a list of community examples if you'd like to pull this out into its own repo and send me the link!
