Discord Getting Started Example fails - Bad Command

Expect to do like README.md kinda shows but got unknown command: challenge instead from npm and POST /interactions 400 Bad Request from ngrok

Here are my longer notes from the terminal Terminal_Public_Notes.txt

I am on Ubuntu Studio 24.04 and I get bad command challenge as well as messages from npm and ngrok

I followed the Getting Started steps for developers

I also saw issue 20 should have fixed but asked for new issue if it didn't
