Accordion for File Upload examples not working

Description

The accordion for the file upload examples isn't displayed.

It should be noted that this was there in the old version of the docs (my browser had the old version cached before I hard refreshed the site after which the accordion was gone)

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to https://discord.com/developers/docs/components/reference#file-upload and scroll down to the Examples subheading
  2. Try to find a way to extend the accordion or even try to find the accordion

Expected Behavior

The accordion should be displayed like the accordion for the Label component.

Current Behavior

It is simply not there

I understand they forgot to change Collapsible to Accordion

Good catch - looks like there's a few mistakes on that page. We'll get it updated.
