Forwarded components v2 messages have blurred images with content filtering on

Description

The image does not get scanned by the content filter, so it stays blurred forever if you have it set to blur filtered messages.

Steps to Reproduce

• Forward a components v2 message with an image, here is an example forwarded msg in ddevs https://canary.discord.com/channels/613425648685547541/1364347506200416307/1378264608363642920
• Look at the message from another account (not the one that forwarded the message) and make sure the "Messages in server channels" content filter (in content settings) is set to "Blur"
• The message does not get scanned by the content filter

The image is not blurred
