OAuth2 embeds don’t respect “<>”

Description

Normally, you can prevent links from embedding in Discord via <https://discord.com> (adding <> before and after the link).

Though, the new oauth embeds for apps do not respect that, and keep displaying even when wrapped into the brackets.

Steps to Reproduce

Send the following text anywhere: <https://discord.com/oauth2/authorize?client_id=1125449347451068437&redirect_uri=https://wamellow.com/login&response_type=code&scope=identify+email+guilds+bot&permissions=1634200972406>

Expected Behavior

No embed should be shown

Current Behavior

The oauth/app embed shows and doesn’t hide
