App Directory: Saving page with image links in markdown continually adds url cloaking CDN to front of image URL

Description

every time i save my description the CDN masking link is prepended to the image urls.

This happens every time, until the image urls become unmanageable. I am sure at some point, this will reach a limit where the urls won't work.

Steps to Reproduce

add image link to markdown in app directory page. save repeatedly without making changes.

Expected Behavior

should only add the masking cdn once, or better, make this transparent to the user so it doesnt show in the markdown

Current Behavior

appends https://images-ext-1.discordapp.net/external/ repeatedly to url
