[Dev portal] Update or remove the privileged intent part of the verification form
Description
As any people who spend some time in ddevs can see, support agents currently ignore intents requested when applying for verification for a bot (apparently because this part of the verification form is outdated). Users have to reapply for intents separately after verification.
This confuses users because they already applied for these intents. IMO, it's also a bit disrespectful to just throw in the bin a form that people have taken time to fill in.
The verification form should be updated so requested intents can be reviewed during verification. Alternatively, if updating the form is complicated (as some staff member has already suggested), the intents part should be removed altogether, and replaced by a notice that users will have to apply separately after the bot is verified (it's literally a 2-minutes patch to the portal frontend...)
Steps to Reproduce
- Apply for bot verification and request an intent at the same time
- Get your bot verified
Expected Behavior
The intent request is handled during the verification process and is either approved or denied.
Current Behavior
The intent request is completely ignored.
