I can no longer repro this, the only thing I can notice is a separate (but possibly related) issue where the bot avatar shows as default in chat unless its been cached before by the client.

Any consistent repro steps?

typpo avatar Jun 08 '22 20:06 typpo

For some reason I can't repro anymore after using a single slash command of the bot, it shows the default profile picture and that's it

image I also encountered this. Don't have any repro steps but this is info i can remember:

  • i just entered the channel and not all slash command have fully loaded when I sent the command
  • i invited a bot which just created a fresh slash command called the command I used

can't repro when I tried again

This seems to be caused sometimes when slash commands just recently reloaded, and the application does not respond.

For me it even happens when the application does respond... when it respond the avatar fixes itself

can repro, seems to happen when the slash commands aren't fully loaded, such as using frequently used commands but they're not actually fully loaded. when used, this sometimes happens. Not all the time. It's a very odd bug. It persists to this day though.
