More placeholders for opening messages.

Currently there is: {name} - mentions the player that opened the ticket {username} - copy of name. {avgResponseTime} - average response time. {avgResolutionTime} - average resolution time.

I would maybe suggest adding some more like a plain name of without a tag. Make that {name} and then {mention} to tag the player. Add a {category} to get which category he is in. {description} maybe to get the description of the category.

Just add a variety more to have more customizable messages. :)
