Originally posted by Sergeant Ringer at 06.10.2022 Make it so the bot auto pings the person who created the ticket when someone types in there.

Features:

-Bot will ping then remove the ping (Ghost ping)

  • Only have this happen if the person is not active in the ticket
  • Have the bot not ping them when a support member sends more then one message (only send it once)
