DM Bot to create Ticket
Optional feature.
Rather than reacting to the panel message or using new
command, users can simply DM the Bot user describing their issue and the bot asks for the category and confirmation on whether to create a ticket. On successful creation of a ticket, a Direct link to the ticket channel is sent to the user's DM for the user to simply click that and ask support. The first message content will be the ticket topic.
