Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. There are currently no docs for this project other than README.rst. This makes it difficult for developers to get started with this project.

Describe the solution you'd like A documentation just like discord.py's neo-docs branch. Make sure to give them credits! Also, many classes, methods, functions and variables need a docstring with parameters/attributes documented, following PEP 257 and PEP 287.
