Consider paginating the list returned from !emojistats command

I would like to see the stuffs in between the top ten (obtainable via !emojistats top) and the bottom ten (obtainable via !emojistats bottom). Currently there's no way of getting the usage count for emojis in between those two ranges.

One option could be to replicate what R. Danny used to do (via emojis), another option could be to add a page for that in web frontend, or alternatively, just let the command accept page numbers (e.g. !emojistats 2). Maybe optionally including non-server-wide emojis (default emojis, Nitro custom emojis...).

If rewritten as an interaction, this behaviour is trivial to add with command buttons.
