Proposed guidelines
Continuation of #108
This is a proposal to update the format of the guidelines, as well as include more specific "sections" outlining guidelines referring to specific resources (e.g., listings, reviews, etc.) allowing users to have a greater understanding of the guidelines.
This includes:
- Restructure of the guidelines page (https://disboard.org/site/guidelines), with specific sections outlining guidelines for that resource.
- Explicit referral to the service as a whole or the site instead of
in DISBOARD
which may be misinterpreted as the site only. - A non-exhaustive list of examples as to what are classed as rewards.
- Improved grammar and phrasing for guidelines.
It should be noted that the date under "last modified" should be updated to the date of the release of the new guidelines as to correctly reflect the changes as well as to provide context as to when the change was implemented and when the change will come into effect.
The aim of this update is to make the guidelines easier to understand and more explicit, whist still maintaining their meaning so any feedback/criticisms are welcome and would be greatly appreciated!
as i suggest in #189, add a yellow (warning) box in top of translated Guidelines (can be extend to TOS ?) who said that english translation will prevail under translated version
