- Extension displays a thank you screen
What would be the label on such button/link?
- "Signaler une erreur" ?
- "???"
"Signaler une erreur" ?
So it would open another page with a form then? Or should it be just a button "Signaler comme hors-contexte"?
Depends of what infos Contribution Team would prefer. @MaartenLMEM any idea about that?
-
I know you think the same : I don"t trust users for technical feedbacks like "doesn't match with the visited URL".
-
"Signaler comme hors-contexte"? is not easy to understand to, it s a kind of technical way of saying also.
-
"Signaler une erreur" seems a valuable feedback. It a good starting point to find miustakes we made. We don"t need much more in the beginning.
-
Then it's a UI issue : where and how to make this function visible but not to much in current UI structure.
-
Currently in a lot of cases users don't se thumbs, for differtent reasons (one is position relative to text). Then, it s likely that they won't see the new button to.
-
I doubt a button will be a good solution, I m afraid it take to much attention. But have to see...
-
We worked on a new feedback UI with Marco, but we never put it into production.
@coffeeandpixel do you have any screen to show?
For the label, I’d go for a more subjective and first-person message :
- Je ne vois pas le rapport (avec cette page)
- Why do I see that ?
- …
Also, I agree that a button does not feel right to me. Maybe a subte link ?
@coffeeandpixel do you have any screen to show?
I found this https://xd.adobe.com/spec/31f47efd-d36f-426b-6cb8-44dbaece1c02-47c5/screen/97c3ddc9-d4ef-4555-9036-8a98cd9d40d2/ De mémoire, we have nothing more specific.
