v4.5b1 bug: Open With....

The "Open with...." option no longer works in [v4.5b1]

Confirmed: When the emulator is started this way, the new MediaManager object isn't able to initialise properly (macOS creates it earlier than expected). It'll be fixed in the final v4.5 release.
