Set up the toolbar programatically

Following @bSr43’s advice, vAmiga now sets up the toolbar programmatically. It’s a bit of a pity, since creating the toolbar in Interface Builder used to work quite well in older macOS versions. Anyway, here’s the new look on Sequoia (with SF symbols replacing my self-drawn ones):

This is how it looks on Tahoe (with a small alignment issue fixed). Much better than expected:
