Use Router.reverse

Use Router.reverse() to properly generate a route for static files for environments where press is not enabled, and application is not under / (e.g. Play.ctxPath is set, or deployed into Tomcat)

Hi, thanks for your interest in the plugin. When I tried out your pull request on my test project I got a NoRouteFoundException
