Help: Installing mediator in an existing Jekyll site

This is more a question rather than an issue report. What is the best strategy to migrate from an existing theme (e.g., lanyon) to mediator? I followed the Jekyll doc but it didn't work. Thanks in advance!

Hey I'm in the process of doing this now. It doesn't seem to be an official Jekyll theme. You'll probably need to remove the old site, save the posts and config and then go off this repo.
