Can you add share support?
It looks like share support is being added to the android share bridge software, so perhaps it could be added to the iOS app. https://github.com/StephenBlackWasAlreadyTaken/xDrip/wiki/xDrip-with-Dexcom-Share
I would love to, but we still in an early developing phase. And the lack of a device make things not easier :-).
Hi Dirk,
Your work on this is of great value. Perhaps someone with an extra Share receiver feels the same way. For the last four months, new Dexcom purchasers received the old receiver with the promise that they would also receive the new Share receiver this month. So there are a lot of folks with two receivers. If one could loan you the share receiver…

I can take a look at adding support for the Share receiver. I have only the standard receiver so I wouldn't be able to test it. As Dirk said this project is still in the early stages. We'll have to think about how best to support multiple devices connected (Wixel, Share receiver, etc.) as we wouldn't want to ever be taking readings from more than one simultaneously.
Thanks, Rick In the long term, most of your users will be Share users, because so few are comfortable fabricating the wixel bridge. Adding share support to a native iOS swift app also means that others will fork your project to use Dexcom data for purposes beyond Nightscout.

On second thought if we were to persist the devices we had set up the readings could then be tied to a particular device. This would involve a device setup screen.
