Impossible to save file/image meta and sometimes description and tags

The problem is... it's impossible to save metadata of a file/img. And Save and stay button is broken.

• Metadata
  • add one or more metadata items
  • save or save and stay

Result: everything has been deleted And I couldn't find any way to save metadata through the admin panel, but there's some things I would like to use it for... but I can't... because the bug.

• Description and tags
  • save button works correct
  • save and stay - just remove description and all the tags
