Split out global query params or link to their individual description

As suggested by @hanneskuettner (thank you so much!):

I think it would be useful to link to the individual query parameters, or subdivide the query parameters in the generated api docs into Parameters and Global Query Parameters and then link under that one, because they are all the same for most of the queries
