Missing docs about main CLI

The new docs are missing the CLI documentation page entirely https://github.com/directus/directus/blob/main/docs/self-hosted/cli.md

When searching the new docs for "cli" we do find the "Extensions SDK" which is unrelated. https://directus.io/docs/guides/extensions/cli

Thanks for opening this, @br41nslug! I could be wrong, but Kevin had left this out on purpose. @rijkvanzanten any chance you know why?

Possible but I consider this crucial information for managing Directus, It contains things like creating a new Directus project (leaving out this one i can imagine in favor of docker), creating new admin users, bootstrapping the database, running migrations.

Yeah that was why - we REALLY wanted to deincentivize not using Docker
