Use eems with small SNPs

Hi everyone.

I am using the eems to compare results between Neutral loci and Outleir loci. Unfortunatly for Outliers loci I only have 14 SNPs, I know that is necessary to have more SNPs than individuals, but is not possible with my data. So, my question is, Are there some way for use eems with few SNPs?
