`dipdup_wipe` function doesn't affect Timescale hypertables

Steps to reproduce:

Wipe Timescale schema with hypertables. Init schema.

What did you expect to happen:

Nothing

What actually happened:

Crash on schema post-init script: table "foo" is already a hypertable
