Theme does not seem to be extendable

Inheritance is broken in casper: I tried to extend the theme creating a new one and making changes in the templates and it did not take my modified files.

For instance, I created a new blog.html.twig within my theme. The proper behavior is for my file to supplant the one in casper, but the only way I could make this work was to rename the blog.html.twig in theme/casper/template/ to xx_blog.html.twig.

Please review your theme in Grav 1.6 RC 3
