It would be helpful, for example if I type a message with a issue/PR number like #5, that the bot sends a link to that issue/PR.

When the link in the original message is edited, the bot's message should be updated as well to include the newly requested lines.

It would be pretty neat if the bot reacted to its own message with up and down arrows. Clicking them could then tell the bot to edit its own message...
