Não estou conseguindo rodar no windows

Rodo o "rodar-windows.bat" Não dá nenhuma mensagem e encerra.

Você pode utilizar o executavel em "Releases"

Aqui o "Instalador-windows.bat" só funcionou depois de instalar o python 3.7.1 e adicionar ele ao PATH do windows
