On the other side, I'm not sure that the usage of `conduit` is relevant for the server part. For instance, [`paf`](https://github.com/dinosaure/paf-le-chien) provides the underlying flow used to communicate with clients.

If someone wants to work on this part of CoHTTP, he should take a look on [typebeat](https://github.com/mirage/typebeat) (which will be archived!). The work of `typebeat` comes from what we did...
