Your approach to adding jobs to the Prometheus config?

I see that the /etc/prometheus/prometheus.conf file is read-only once the whole playbook has run through. What is your approach to adding jobs? Adding them to the picluster-ansible/roles/monitoring_server/templates/prometheus.conf.j2 file and running the up.yml playbook again?

Something else? Thanks!
