Raspberry pi gets stuck mounting floppy disk

Hi, thanks so much for this project, it is awesome! I copied your media_change.sh script for my own project, which runs, but most of the time when the script runs, it freezes for around a minuet, and then gives an error. It does work sometimes, but mostly not. I can manually mount the disk which works fine. Did you have a simmiler problem that you solved?
